Confidentiality Agreement

MOVIN’MARINE assumes a confidentiality commitment of the data, reports, documents and certificates of the customers or provided to the customers as our quality control management system requires.

The access to equipment and computer software and the distribution of reports and certificates depend on the confidentiality agreement of the heads and technicians in charge of the work.

All data and reports originated during the projects will be only provided to those people or organizations previously designated by the property under strict control following the current data protection laws.
